SMPS Diagrams

SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) Function –  

SMPS कंप्युटर मे लगे सारे Device को पावर देने का काम करता है , जैसे मदरबोर्ड, हार्ड डिस्क, डीवीडी राइटर इत्यादि ।

 

SMPS तीन  मोड पर काम करता है।

1-    सबसे पहले इनपुट से 230 वॉल्ट AC जाएगी और डीसी बनेगी

2-    फिर डीसी से ac होगी

3-    फिर ac से डीसी बनकर SMPS से आउट्पुट होगा ।

 

SMPS को तीन बार स्विच कराया जाता है । जिससे आउट्पुट वोल्टेज प्रॉपर आए , मतलब better regulation  (fix  वोल्टेज करके देना )

1)    Main Filter and Rectifier Section

2)    Start -up Section

3)    Switching Section / Push pull Section

4)    Control + Driver section

5)    PG (Power Good) Section

6)    Output Section

पहचान – इस सेक्शन मे फ्यूज़ RF (Radio Frequency) coil, B/R (Bridge Rectifier), NTC(Th), MFC (main filter capacitor )पाए जाते है।

 

Work ( काम )- यह 230 वॉल्ट ac को 300 वॉल्ट dc मे कन्वर्ट करके switching section और startup section को देने का काम करता है।

 

Fault ( कमी ) – यदि 300 वॉल्ट dc main filter capacitor पर आ रही है तो यह सेक्शन सही है । यदि 300 वॉल्ट dc  नहीं आ रही है तो main filter एण्ड rectifier section मे कुछ खराबी है ।

 

Problem /Solution

Problem 1- Main filter Capacitor पर वोल्टेज नहीं आ रही है।

Solution – इस कन्डिशन मे फ्यूज़ , रेडियो frequency coil और thermister को चेक करे।

 

Problem 2- MFC (main filter capacitor) पर कम वोल्टेज (150 वोल्ट से कम ) आ रही है।

Solution – इस कन्डिशन मे ब्रिज rectifier और main filter capacitor को चेक करना है।

 

Problem 3- Fuse बार बार खराब हो रहा है।

Solution – इस कन्डिशन मे ब्रिज rectifier और MFC (Main Filter Capacitor) को चेक करना है, हो सकता है short हो । इसके अलावा switching transistor भी चेक कर ले हो सकता है शॉर्ट है।

 

Note – यदि फ्यूज़ की जगह पर बल्ब (60 या 100 w) लगाकर चेक करे तो-

a) बल्ब जलकर बंद हो जा रहा है इसका मतलब है की main फ़िल्टर सेक्शन तक सही है।

b) बल्ब लगातार जल रहा है तो shorting है । ब्रिज rectifier और main filter capacitor चेक करे।

c) बल्ब बिल्कुल नहीं जल तो फ्यूज़, transistor , RF  component चेक करे।
