Create User account by control pannel

Ø Click on start

Ø Go control panel

Ø User account

Ø Manage another account

Ø Create a new account

Ø Select on adminstratpor or standard

Ø Type a name _ as Sachin or anyone

Ø Click on create account

 

Create user account by computer management

Ø My computer / this pc

Ø Right Click

Ø Go to manage

Ø Local user and group

Ø User

Ø Click on plain place ( right click खाली जगह पर )

Ø Then right click

Ø New user

Ø Type name and password

Ø Create and done

 

 

 

3) Disk Cleanup – Disk cleanup is a computer maintenance utility include

Microsoft window designed to free up disk space on a computer hard drive .

Disk Clean-up One Computer maintenance utility which is included in Microsoft Windows called Computer Designed to free up disk space on the hard drive. The utility first searches and analyzes the hard drive for the files that They are no longer of any use, and then delete unnecessary files.

 

Ø Open the start menu

Ø Click the run option

Ø In the run text field , type clean mgr and press enter

Ø Open the start menu

Ø Click the program

Ø Accessories

Ø System tool

Ø In system tool, click the disk cleanup utility

 

4) Scan Disk – Scan disk is a windows utility used to check your harddisk for errors and to correct problem that are found.

Use it on the hard disk Let's do it when an error comes.

Ø Right Click on drive ( scan the drive Yes )

Ø Properties

Ø Click on tools

Ø Check now

OR

Ø Open the start menu

Ø Click the run option and text field

Ø Type cmd and press enter and type CHKDSK

 

5) Disk Defragement / Optimize –

This is a utility in Microsoft window designed to increase access speed by rearranging file store on a disk to occupy contiguous storage location , a technique called defragement.

Fragmented in the computer's hard disk The process of arranging the data in a sequence is called disk defragmentation.

 

6) System Restore / Recovery – Creating a system restore point in windows 7 is a quick way to protect your self from system crashes.

System restore are a kind of insurance policy . The system restore feature create a record of a point in time when your setting and programs all seems to be humming along just fine.

In the future, if the window gets corrupted, we will restore it again from System Restore. You can install Windows, but for this, we have to create a system restore file before the system is corrupted. Let's keep it. If you don't maintain a system restore, Windon Reinstall It won't.

Ø  In system tolls , click the system restore utility

Backup and Restore -: Data Backup and To restore, you have to go to the Control Panel and click Backup and Restore Then create a system Go to the image. After that, select any drive you want to backup in except the C drive. Have to take and next and start backup.

Data बैकअप और रिस्टोर के लिए आपको कंट्रोल पैनल मे जाकर बैकअप और रिस्टोर को क्लिक कर देना है फिर Create a system image पर जाना है । उसके बाद c ड्राइव को छोड़कर जिस किसी भी ड्राइव मे बैकअप रखना चाहते हो उसको सलेक्ट कर लेना है और next कर start backup कर देना है ।
