(7) SATA Connector


 

                    Faulty Condition SATA Connector                                   

Problem - No detection of SATA hard disk and DVD Drive.

Solution – सबसे पहले हमे check करना है की केबल proper लगा है , तब 3.3volt (SATA connector के पिन नंबर 8,9,10) की supply check करे फिर 5volt (pin number 14,15,16) पर सप्लाइ check करे। यदि supply ok है। यदि supply नहीं बन रही है तो stepdown / LDO / 3/5 section का problem होगा या supply मॉस्फेट का प्रॉब्लेम हो सकता है।





 


Note – SATA कनेक्टर के 1 से 7 तक पिन हमेशा data के लिए होता है। 8 से 10 तक 3.3 वोल्ट की सप्लाइ के लिए 11 से 13 पिन ग्राउन्ड, 14-16 नंबर वाला पिन 5 वोल्ट की सप्लाइ के लिए , 17-19 ground, 20-22 पिन 12 वोल्ट की सप्लाइ के लिए होती है क्योंकि 12 वोल्ट पर डेस्कटॉप की motherboard वर्क करता है।

अगर laptop के hard डिस्क को desktop me लगते है तो 12 वोल्ट ही चालू होगी लेकिन लैपटॉप मे 3.3 वोल्ट और 5 वोल्ट पर वर्क करता है।

Note - SATA connector की supply stepdown section / 3/5volt सेक्शन से होते हुए 3 वोल्ट और 5 वोल्ट की supply वाली पिन पर जाती है ।

किसी किसी laptop मे यह सप्लाइ resistor से होते हुए जाती है और किसी मे मॉस्फेट से होकर जाती है। (MOSFET लगाने का कारण यह है की section पर ज्यादा load न पड़े) फिर SATA connector के पिन पर जाती है।  

 

 

 

(8) USB Port

Faulty Condition – Any USB Device not work or no detection of pen drive.

Checking Point USB Port – First of check +5 volt on USB port, If this voltage is absent then check fuse, MOSFET, and +5v track.

If +5v is present but no detection then check data track component as like coil and NPC if use in circuit. After is same condition its means ICH problem reball ICH.

 

Note- USB 2.0 मे 8 पिन होते है और 3.0 मे 9 पिन होते है। 2.0 वाले USB मे एक data transfer और एक डाटा received करने वाला होता है, तो वही 3.0 मे USB मे 2 data transfer और दो data received करने वाला होता है। जिसकी वजह से 3.0 मे डाटा transfer fast होता है।

 

अगर वोल्टेज आ रहा है और data transfer नहीं हो रहा है तो data वाला लाइन खराब होगा। अगर किसी दूसरे USB पोर्ट से जम्पर लगा देंगे (जो USB पोर्ट सही हो) जिससे USB पोर्ट काम करने लगेगा।
